Ruth Lavaeddin

Office Administrator

A proud University of California, Los Angeles graduate who earned her degree magna cum laude, Ruth began her career in education, spending several years as an elementary school teacher. She later transitioned into healthcare administration, where she spent more than a decade helping build a successful start-up orthodontic practice as a treatment coordinator and office manager.

Ruth brings a unique combination of academic excellence, compassionate service, and operational leadership to her role as the inaugural Office Administrator at Benedon & Serlin, LLP.

Her background in both education and healthcare administration equips her with the organization, attention to detail, and genuine compassion essential to supporting a successful law practice and leading a diverse team of in-person and remote professionals.

Outside of work, Ruth enjoys traveling, hiking, volunteering, reading, and exploring new restaurants with her husband, Steve, and their two children.
