Christina Rojas

Legal Assistant

With over 15 years of experience in the legal community, Christina has worked on cases through every stage of litigation, from initial filing through trial and post-trial judgment.

Christina joined Benedon & Serlin, LLP in January 2025 as a Legal Assistant, where she now focuses her efforts on appellate law.

She supports our attorneys in the preparation and filing of appellate briefs, motions, and other legal documents. Christina also coordinates with court personnel and assists with tracking appellate deadlines and filings.

Outside of work, Christina enjoys spending time with family and friends. She is an avid Los Angeles Dodgers fan, enjoys listening to podcasts, and never turns down an early-2000s rom-com.
